FUNDAMENTAL CLASSES
The fundamentals program was created to ensure that novice students
will start their jiu jitsu journey with strong foundations. The curriculum focuses
on introductory techniques from every position, as well as core concepts in jiu jitsu
practice that will aid in the student’s development and progress.

ALL LEVELS CLASSES
The All Levels Program is designed to focus on the core techniques that
every jiu jitsu practitioner should know. With this program, students will
be able to improve their overall jiu jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and
coordination, and receive an introduction to more advanced jiu jitsu techniques.

- Introduce students to more advanced jiu jitsu technique and strategy.

ADVANCED LEVEL CLASSES
The advanced Level classes gives students the opportunity to take their
game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced
jiu jitsu techniques and instruction. Students will also receive an extensive education
into modern jiu jitsu practice, as well as less common situations that may arise during
a match. Participation in this class is restricted to White Belt 3 Stripes to Black Belt

NO-GI AND SUBMISSION GRAPPLING
No-Gi jiu jitsu is a fast-paced form of grappling designed to allow members
to move more freely. The No-Gi Program is offered in both fundamental, all
level and advanced classes (SUBMISSION GRAPPLING). Students will have the
opportunity to learn the application of jiu jitsu outside of the gi.
Belt Rank Requirements
- White belts only for Fundamental Classes
- All belts welcome to All Levels Class
- Submission grappling class restricted to 3 stripe white belts and above
Program Goals
- Improve overall understanding of no-gi jiu jitsu
- Balance the ability to use techniques for both gi and no-gi situations
