We offer an expansive Kickboxing program lead by Wahib Baki for all levels. These classes are designed to accelerate your fitness and skills, whilst learning the art of Kickboxing. Our beginners program targets fitness, endurance and basic skill development to allow progression onto advanced sessions which have a higher intensity with an emphasis on technical striking.
Be tested in a pressure situation with limited mobility as we put you in the ring to go one on one with other students of similar build. It is the best way to apply the skills and techniques we teach daily.
Sparring helps build stamina and endurance as students go 3+ rounds anywhere between 1.5 to 3-minute rounds.
Only students progressing in the sport will be allowed to participate at the discretion of the instructor.
Compulsory training gear required – headgear, mouth guard, minimum 12 once groves, shin pads and groin guard (if applicable).
